Q: Do you ever shop at Wal-Mart or the Dollar Store/ Dollar Tree?
A: We mentioned in the "About Us" Section the trusted retailers that we patronize. We find that purchasing quality items and bringing them into clients' homes promotes a higher quality of service and better longevity of products. We find that products from Dollar Stores, for example, break and fall apart rather quickly and don't work as well as name-brand products. We want clients to be 100% satisfied in our service, therefore, we do not shop at discount stores like these.
Q: Do you do payment plans on services?
A: No. This will be specified in our Contract that we provide each Client at the beginning of their project. Payment for products and service is due upon completion of the project.
Q: Are you licensed, bonded, and/or insured?
A: Not at the moment, no. The client is responsible for any and all accidental damage caused by Declutter Solutions and its' employees until we obtain the proper insurances.
Q: Do you sub-contract your work out to other people/agencies?
A: Nope! Christina & Tino are the only people who would come into your home or place of business to perform the entire project. We will never sub-contract or bring anyone else onsite at any time.
